Hi! I’m Kelley, Found of The Health Investor
I was born and raised in small-town Ohio—the oldest of three, constantly on the move, and always playing whatever sport was in season. As the daughter of two healthcare professionals, I grew up surrounded by conversations about health. But it wasn’t until I left home for college that I realized just how lucky I’d been.
Even as a pre-med student, I noticed something missing: we were learning about disease, but not about wellness. I saw firsthand how people, smart, driven, successful people were neglecting their health, not because they didn’t care, but because no one had ever taught them how to truly invest in it.
So I carved my own path.
Instead of medical school, I pursued graduate degrees in Exercise Science, Public Health, and Business. I wanted to understand health from every angle: the science, the systems, and the strategy. That path led to the creation of The Health Investor—a place where I help people treat their health like their greatest asset.

I used to think health was about discipline. That if I just trained harder, ate cleaner, and pushed more, I’d finally ‘arrive.’ But what I’ve learned over 15+ years in the health space is that real wellness isn’t about restriction—it’s about strategy, sustainability, and self-trust.

I’ve been coaching, teaching, and empowering others since 2008. What started with leading group fitness classes quickly evolved into a mission: helping individuals and communities invest in their well-being through education and action.
